Step Up- make a Pledge to Prevent Falls
Available in English and French.
A pledge is something that you commit to doing, changing or improving in healthcare. Anyone can make a pledge: a health care provider, administrative worker, families, caregiver, adult or parent. The pledge is completely up to the individual- pick something that’s meaningful to you and something that you are passionate about.
