CLHIN Fall Prevention Strategy Roundtable (Kingsmere Retirement Suites, 287 King Street S, Alliston, ON L9R 0C4)

The Fall Prevention Strategy Committee from the Central LHIN will be hosting a roundtable event to discuss the findings of the Fall Prevention Programs and Services Preliminary Gap Analysis and to seek input to help guide the Committee in creating an integrated CLHIN-wide Fall Prevention Strategy. To facilitate access, one roundtable event is being held in a central location in each of the three CLHIN Public Health Unit areas (Toronto, York Region, South Simcoe). Registration is required.
