Finding Balance

The Finding Balance Program offers up-to-date information to help older adults prevent slips, trips and falls. Preventing falls is important to staying independent and doing what we love to do; visiting friends, playing with grandchildren, preparing meals, or travelling.

Anyone can fall, but as we grow older, the chance of falling as well as a serious injury from a fall increases. The good news is that we can all take steps to prevent slips, trips and falls.
